DESIGN PHASE

( DURATION – 1 MONTH )
Once confirmed. We will guide on the design stage.
This include –
– 1 to 1 consultation
– Site Visit
– 2D Layout Design
– 3D Design 
( Once design already completed, We will offer quotation for construction phase, If you not agree with our price, everything will end here..:)).

BUILT PHASE

( DURATION – 1-2 MONTH )
Once you accept our quotation price. Design fee waived once signing design & build package. The construction phase duration take 1 to 2 month.
